Order delivery
1. How do I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a confirmation.
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days within Sweden. Please note that deliveries to northern Sweden and the islands may take an extra day. During weekends, public holidays or periods of high demand (e.g., sales), delivery times may be extended.
3. What should I do if my order is delayed or has not arrived?
If your order is delayed or has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service at signature@signaturestockholm.com . We will help you track your package and resolve any issues.
Changes to delivery address
5. Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
Once your order has been placed, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need assistance or have made a mistake, please contact our customer service as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help you before the order is processed for delivery.
In-store pickup
6. Can I order online and pick up in store?
Because we operate exclusively online, we do not offer in-store pickup. All orders are shipped directly to the delivery address you provide during checkout.
Return and exchange policy
1. What is your return or exchange policy?
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. You can return or exchange goods within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. What are your return conditions?
To be eligible for a return, the goods must be:
Unused
Unwashed
In original packaging
With all labels attached.
Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be returnable.
3. How much does the return shipping cost?
Return shipping is free for all Signature Stockholm shirts and t-shirts. To initiate a return, simply email us at signature@signaturestockholm.com and we will send you the return shipping label.
4. What happens if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
5. How long does it take for you to process my online return?
Once we have received your returned item, it typically takes 3-5 business days to process. We will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return policy. After processing, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued via your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. During periods of high demand (e.g., during sales), it may take up to 14 business days to process returns.
